So, those pillars you are making are some MUGEN Helpers right? Question
You mentioned those pillars are going to occupy the entire screen, while you want them to go up next the your MUGEN Enemy? Question  Sorry but it kind of sounds like a MUGEN conflict to me.......... scratch

And if I am not misunderstanding, that what you want to do is some "special scene" after a particular hyper move of yours hit your MUGEN Enemy like in the YouTube video right? Question If so then you can try to put your MUGEN Victim into your Custom MUGEN States and make him/her/it interact with your "special scene".  The "special scene" can be made in MUGEN Helpers/Explods like what you said. geek

Oh from your YouTube video, I could see that those pillars didn't come out from below the ground....you may want to re-adjust the pillars' start-up y-position and make the pillars' animation look more like moving upward.  Also it is up to you to use the MUGEN ScreenBound to lock everything withing the screen.  By the way, you don't really need to use those pillars to do attacks on P2; you can use just invisible MUGEN Helper/Projectile to do attacks on P2. Smile

If your pillars are some MUGEN Helper(s), then you can try to use MUGEN State Controllers AngleSet and AngleDraw to make your pillars enlarge/shrink at will:

Hmmmm........I think in order to enlarge/make bigger stuff you need some scale values bigger than 1, when you are using the AngleDraw to scale an animation...........

Hi, I'm the one who has problems with the pillars. I've been home to what you told me, but I can not agree when the character comes up next to the pillars if you could help me please.

In addition the character is compatible for MUGEN 1.0
