HOW TO AVOID THE MOVING BEFORE THE FIGHT ANNOUNCE....?

How to do my char doesn´t get to move neither execute attacks before the fight annouce to be finished.

what´s the command lines for it?

Under your (or others') MUGEN character's [Statedef -1]:

Code:
[State -1, CtrlSet]
type = CtrlSet
triggerall = !IsHelper
trigger1 = RoundState = 0 || RoundState = 1
trigger2 = StateNo = [###,###] ; ### is the very beginning and the very
last MUGEN in-game intro states a MUGEN character has....normally it
starts with Statedef 190 and ends with Statedef 191, like in the KFM
(Kung Fu Man)'s MUGEN case.......
trigger3 = StateNo = 5900
value = 0
ignorehitpause = 1
persistent = 1

Under your (or others') MUGEN character's [Statedef -2]:

Code:
[State -2, CtrlSet]
type = CtrlSet

!!!!!!!!! please note the if your MUGEN Enemy has some custom MUGEN A.I. that lets him/her/it move during the MUGEN in-game intro states then you will need to manually change that custom MUGEN A.I. !!!!!!!!!!!!
