Any of you are welcome to get involved in this project to create sprites. That is why we call it a forum WIP.

Here is a mock up starter to give you an idea how it could work...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

This doesn't need to be used as just spriteswapped a head onto the base of Solo by BOH. It is just to give you an idea on how it could work.

Tools you'll need:
- Base char - Solo by BOH: http://mugenmultiverse.fanbb.net/t8274-solo-from-strider-released-by-boh
- Palettes to apply before editing: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AlLn9j9S6iJ3licnlhGYeohcV-lR

Here are examples of the palettes
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Credit to Yunnin for the palettes and Dead-X for the head used in the mock up example.

====

Again, any of you are welcome to create any sprites for this. After all sprites made, MMV will figure out a coder if one has not volunteered to code in this topic already.

Good idea. It seems like a very easy edit. But the main problem - is a coder. Maybe some character can be a good base for him? I mean somebody who have ice powers.

Since this is a mock up, it's understandable why it looks like a headswap.
But, those guns have to go; Mr. Freeze battles with a single freeze gun. Whereas you want it to look like a pistol or a bigger weapon, it's up to the spriters.

Agreed. Mr. Freeze isn't Rambo, he doesn't run around with cannons strapped to his back all the damn time. Give him ONE big gun, connected to a back generator by way of a hose, and he's good.

Also, there's not going to be any issue with The Unlimited over this, right? I seem to recall Navs getting rather....agitated, over Shadow Lord's Red Hood patch for Jason Todd....

The head, as stated above, was made by Dead-X, aka Harbinger. It shouldn't be too much of a problem to get his authorization, unless he's as sensible with his work as navs is.

Good.

Also, if anyone needs a custom voice for Freeze, just send me a script and I'll do what I can---most of it will have to be filtered through Audacity to get the correct sound, but I can definitely do the cold, emotionless tone Mr. Freeze is known for.
