Here comes Top Man, for Mugen 1.0.
He is part of Robot Master Mayhem project, where each robot can have 6 (or more) powersets.

I am sure that this character can contain bugs (as was done by using template set by others) and I count on the help of everyone to identify all bugs so I can correct them.

Robot Master Mayhem is a Mega Man full game in a MVC-like fashion. The project is back to life and you will see news about it soon Smile

He's mostly OK, the only problem that I found is a glitch where his Buzzsaw special sometimes either moves too fast or dissapears without hitting the opponent.

That is not a glitch, the projectile removes itself when it goes beyond the wall.
But when it got removed before the hit is. I will check it, thanks.
edit: As I thought, the problem is with the variables. Fighter Factory Find & Replace haven't replaced this part of the code.
Fixed.

Very awesome man!  Top Man is very fun to play!  Very Happy

All Power Sets are great and my favorite Power Set is Top Spin.   yes

And, the MUGEN A.I. makes a cool MUGEN Watch Mode experience! Basketball

Borewood found some bugs and sent me a private message. But I endorse that feedback should be public, so everyone learns (not only that coder).

Now my MUGEN testing: Just in case, I re-downloaded your latest Top Man before testing, i.e. Readme.txt was on 2016-02-04 18:50 Just a few minor things: - might be use a PalFX to turn Top Man back to normal pal, for people who like to skip intro state (Top Man's Statedef 191) - Top Man's taunt anim 195....just a "10,3, 0,0, 4"? well, 4 game ticks seem too short... - Spring Coil MUGEN Helper, Statedef 1225, once it gets HitOverriden, it goes to Statedef 2325 and it uses anim = 9999 but Action 9999 is not in the AIR file, so there is a MUGEN debug error about the Helper's HitOverride happening... - during the Top Spin Statedef 1204, NotHitBy has the value = SCA,NP,SP....but I think it can be changed to value = ,NP,SP because value = SCA,NP,SP is just equal to value = SCA (I guess it is a NotHitBy MUGEN engine's bug for long...) - NotHitBy bug in Tornado Spin Statedef 1206 too wrote:
