This just popped out of my mind, there was aMegaMan.exe character 7 years ago and from the time, AIs did not matter as much since not many people made AI fight videos and other times when a creator thinks Ai should be in a characters, AI coding was just really hard to do if you want really tough Ai until Latroy6 gave us an idea of how to make brutal AI codes back in 2014, now brutal (or hard) AI is commonplace for a new character.

MegaMan.exe was made in that time of Mugen and he had a pretty good moveset being a mix of MVC and SNK as well as looking like an HD MVC Megaman. He has a lot of assists, projectiles,  a teleportation move, and a lot of combo potential but the only thing that bothers me about him is that his AI is nonexistant. I think he needs an AI patch, especially in this time of MUGEN.
