Remove pause on the bike hyper
Added more blood

Holy crap, this is awesome news! I wasn't sure if you planned on taking him further than you have already.
As far as the video goes, he's looking awesome. I usually seem to be a 1%-er when it comes to liking blood in fighting games for some reason, and I really really like the blood you've given Punisher. If any character should cause blood to spill when he fights, Punisher is high on the list. Really happy you removed the pause on the bike hyper as well. It looked cool, but effected the landing efficiency of the move. The bazooka hyper is frickin awesome. I can't tell in the video, but do plan on giving it a crosshair by chance? You could easily just add it to the front of the bazooka gun sprite if you wanted to. Not sure if it'd look cool or not, but it might be a cool idea to add like a green or red layer over the whole screen during the hyper to make it seem like Punisher is using infrared or night vision display. Also, I like the Rocket Launcher, but another gun that could look cool instead would be a drum loaded grenade launcher, and have it make that "thunk" sound when it shoots like when Terminator shoots it in T2. Just throwing that out there. Last thing I'll say is, I love this Punisher a lot, but honestly, I'm not a huge fan of his basic hit sounds. They sound more realistic in a sense than other characters, but they also sound pretty blah as well. I mean no offense, I'm only offering ideas for improvement where there may be room. On the topic of sounds, I'm not really digging that yelling sound that happens whenever Cap was getting hit with the rocket. Sounds too out place as well as low quality. A nice "Aaah!!" would do nicely, like he's being hit really hard, but it sounds like he's being tortured and burned alive.
Thanks for the video man, he's looking awesome. Can't wait to try him out again when he's ready. Might be cool if someone out there would be willing to do a sound patch for him that uses Jon Bernthal's voice. I frickin loved his go as Punisher.

-The crosshair and NV idea sounds cool I might try it
-On the hitsounds I want him to feel human as possible, like the raid fight scenes so I'll keep it
-The "aah" actually depends on the enemy's KO sound
-I was trying to rip jons punisher voice but only a few scenes doesn't have ambiance the only one I was able to rip is when he says "bang"
You can press x,y,z for pistol whip a,b,c for stabbing

Hey, shall I call that a "Splattervan"? Wink
By the way, I think for some scaled up/down MUGEN characters you might need to do some more care-taking on them because the "Splattervan" seems to have limited space.....  study

I already tried it on darkseid thanos and hulk, not all of em fit but the van actually has different layers so the only thing that can be seen sticking out is their arms on the lower part of the vehicle which kinda makes sense regarding their size.

Edit: I tried scaling it and it look a lot better thanks for the suggestion

this looks cool, and VERY violent, wondering if it would play off better if the screen it went into infared, of the whole background goes black, as it switches to the inside of the van

-Okay, now I see. Well, Cap's is a little over the top in my opinion, but oh well. Small potatoes
-Damn, I didn't even think about the presence of ambience. It's a shame, but maybe we'll get lucky and some super nerd with super hero sound editing skills will bless us all with a Jon Bernthal voice rip. Just talking about it makes me want to go watch the show again right now.
-The new black trench coat looks much better. Nice work.

As far as the new hyper goes, it's frickin awesome. It's a completely plausible Punisher hyper attack, and it looks really cool. I do agree with Arkady that it might be cool to switch the spectrum of the inside of the van while the interrogation is going on. Probably red or green, or none if they look lame. Also, it might look cool if you had Punisher's hands reach out of the back of the van real fast to rip the enemy into the van, and it might be cool but maybe too much, but have some slow down as the enemy is thrown out of the van.

that van hyper is just awesome and brutal at the same time, also i like the fact that the trench coat is still on the stage, instead of disappear, is certainly a nice touch.
