He's really cool. What are his bases? Especially in his walk. I see Cyclops' arm in the backwards walk and I see Cyclops in his attacks, but I was just wondering who else you based him from. He's really well done!

Haven't tried him yet so i can't comment on the gameplay yet. Don't have a laptop or desktop at the momen. From what I see though the way he's holding his bow on his fighting stance looks weird to me, his arm looks too straight and in that position if it was real then everytime he has to shoot an arrow he has to twirl his wrist 180° before he can take a shot.

- HP and the kicks are all unsafe on hit.
- The QCB+KK hyper is insane. It does 318 damage on its own, way more than what a normal level 1 is supposed to do. Plus, I added in a crouching punch combo with an aerial rave and ended up with 420 damage.
- Every one of his arrows seem to be poison tipped as they all continuously do damage. It's kinda odd.
- With QCF+PP, the arrows miss close up. Why do they land such an awkward distance away?
- The damage values are wreaking havoc on Training by Stupa's damage counter. When I hit the foe with the light punch, it says it does 25 really quick, then it immediately says it does 2 damage, and then it states that the attack did 37. What?
- Voices are incredibly low.
- The Ryoko Ranbu can be blocked in the middle of it.

EDIT: More feedback and tips

- Some normals have chip damage on block. Normals aren't supposed to have chip damage unless the character is from Mortal Kombat.
- Whoa, is the Poison Arrow Hyper unblockable? The only moves that should be unblockable are throws.
- QCF+P seems a bit too safe and fast for me.

Already have mixed thoughts about this Hawkeye. Sprites may look nice but the gameplay and coding itself is where it brings it down.

- CLSNs and hitboxes really needs some work.
- Taunt move causes P2's life to degenerate while in down state, which is pretty ridiculous.
- Evade Shot (any) can trigger an infinite, especially (QCB+x and QCB+z) (if timed).
- Standing Medium Punch (Crouching) should be combo'd.
- Circus Pinwheel (any) strangely causes P2's life to decrease after being hit and in down state. Also, if P2 is in defense state and is hit by CIrcus Pinwheel, P2 does not only get stuck in that state for a long period of time, but also P2's life degenerates.
- Circus Pinwheel is also useless in corner.
- Training 101 is pretty useless since it doesn't combo at all.
- Rainfall triggers an invalid state, which causes P2 to debug flood Rainfall is pretty useless when done close to P2.
- Fireworks is useless in corner.
