Hawkeye by Nicotinefist and Arkady released!
Clinton Barton was a former circus worker and criminal-turned-hero, who received his archery skills as a young boy through training with Swordsman and Trickshot. Barton would eventually join both the East coast and West Coast branches of The Avengers, even leading at one time.
Nestor, Hypersonic92 & Batzarro for spriting a few animations essential to basic moves completion and a big kudos to Acey for helping cure my coding issues, (as always) & with the template help and general guidance,

After fanboying out with this character, I have 2 things to point out: 1.- He is unable to do super-jumps (Ignore it, it took me a while to figure out I was doing it wrong) 2.- When doing some attacks, the health bar of the oponent, rather than depleting to the damage inmediatly, it does so slowly. That's understadable for the poison arrow hyper, but I can't say the same of other moves that do this. Maybe I should do a video to explain. 3.- The "Training 101" hyper can be blocked after any of its hits, rendering it useless. Hope this feedback helps, and Merry Christmas.

-You don't have to put clsn on intro and lose poses
-Clsn needs to be reduced because it lags mugen and also uneccessary
-The specials doesn't seem to connect with the basic combos
-Circus Pinwheel animation is too slow it looks like his floating
-Can't go from basics to specials to hypers they don't have symmetry or any correlation with one another
-All his arrow shots through the air when it lands it goes past the floor
-Can escape from training 101
It's 2015 moving to 2016 Why are people still using this template. That template is boring, broken, no combo flow, uses default sounds Default sounds are bad because you don't feel the weight of the hits Like blades,punches,slams etc. It just sounds like a stuck typewriter "dud"
I can see on aspects of this character that you have skill You just need to stop using that broken template.

Awesome release guys, seriously. I'm not going to have much of a Christmas this year, but this keeps the spirits up for sure. He plays pretty good so far, and has cool moves that suit him well. I will agree, they don't flow well from the basics though for combo purposes. I haven't done too extensive of testing with him, but I can definitely say that he does have a super jump, and I'm using a keyboard and royally suck with it. It is however, awkward it seemed to use it with ease, and it seemed like I had to do a deliberate D, U (no flaws), then hold a direction to jump in after the jump initiated to actually activate a directional super jump, instead of being able to do a command like D, UF or UB to do a directional jump. Small potates, but worth noting. Thanks again for sharing him just in time for Christmas. Hope you guys have some good Christmas's as well.
