all basics and damage sprites are done. i know most of the basics are like normal spider man but it will be made up for with shadow effects and specials

Well, if you're still looking for ideas, I've got a possible couple that might pique your interest.

-"Kaleidoscope" Moves: Moves in which multiple instances of Negative Zone Spider-Man (NZSM) attack from all/mirrored sides, providing for either unblockable attacks (which, considering his damage level, isn't too much of an unfair advantage) as well as provides a level of unpredictability. With this, you can also have the "Noob Saibot" style of assault in which shadow copies are racing around with guerilla warfare tactics, all very difficult to predict. Imagine a version of Maximum Spider in which four mirrored copies of NZSM come from 0/45/135/180 degree locations simulatenously, a rapid and unstoppable onslaught of confusing and psychadellic tactics. Similarly, you can utilize Cable's Time Flip move in which he makes a temporary clone of himself that instantly assaults the enemy, while still allowing the player to move freely. I imagine this could have some uses in NZSM as well.

-Negative Zone references: This could be most anything, but the first thing that comes to mind is having NZSM get a Spider-Sense warning, and duck down (now damage immune) as Annihilus and the Annihilation Wave assault the screen. Something on par with Mole Man's absurd level of helpers.
