 Mugen 1.1 help

I'm using mugen 1.0 for this screen pack

Now I wanna try using mugen 1.1 version with this screen pack, but when I play the game, it says:
Error detected.

MAYBE THE SCREENPACK ONLY WORKS ON MUGEN 1.0.

The problem is, MUGEN1.1a4 seems not to accept coexistence of both spriteno =  and actionno = for the anim type.
