MUGEN MADNESS 2014: DR. STRANGE RELEASED!!!

After so many years Dr. Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme is come to fight in great mugen battle as a part of MUGEN MADNESS 2014...

This has been a WIP was started years ago and step by step we did the best to keep it alive... Sadly, but this WIP have no progress for years... that's why now I together with Arkady and Volzzilla had united to continue this character and now you can enjoy your mugen with him.

I wish to say say many thanks to all people, who had helped in this WIP. It was also great to work with Arkady and Volzzilla, thanks to the all the contributers. I hope that you will like and enjoy to play with him. The dream is come truth for all of us.

on a side note I've completely forgot to mention the creators of some of the stages I've used for the conjurers cone hyper that was created, to my knowledge it was loganir for the asgard
stage for which heimdall is present, this was a major oversight on my part as well as any other stages used for that hyper, i had volzilla credit the effects used for doctor strange, but in my part in creating the hyper i forgot to credit those who's hard work was contributed in those stages, please let me know if i have forgotten to credit anyone who's stages i haven't credited thus far, and I'm sorry that i have overlooked this, -Arkady

I am totally without words to play with him, is a character simply amazing, the variety of hypers and specials are impressive, I love the effects and how he plays, congratulations Angelus Silverhead, Arkady and volzzilla for all the work done in this incredible character.
Only one thing I have noticed, I do not know if it is a bug or intentional, when he released the hyper that draws a mist of pra beat in doctor strange while the mist is still happening.

I like to base sprites Mephisto
I have seen many versions of Mephisto but this I liked most
Urien base is great for him
if you enable the use of sprites I could help create a full character
