Oh, hello my Mugenites of Universe!
Here i present to you: The Third Beta version of Hokuto, one of my favourite SFEX characters, and also, one of chuchoryu's numerous WIP's! Hokuto is (almost)Redone!
As you all know, chuchoryu make great chars! But almost all of 'em, and Hokuto is not except, suffer the same issue: They are unfinished Beta!
But fear no more! I am to the rescue! Right now i redo the char named Hokuto, so it has all things source-accurate character have, and then pass the copy of it to chuchoryu so he need to do little with her. But redone char is redone, so after that, i keep work on my original version, with all new moves!
This time i update last time before throw update, where normal throws are being added! Hands up for further redoings!

She has some issues with that new sprites i gave her, but i think we(me and chuchoryu) will get over it and fix dem issues.
How to add:
1) UnArchive into \chars\ in your Mugen Folder
2) Either rename "HokutoRedone" to Hokuto and add in select.def "Hokuto", or in select.def add "HokutoRedone/Hokuto.def"

Tweaked Hard Relay Sweep(and it's followup version), now it's actually hit low.

Gai Syu now uses VelSet instead of VelAdd
