Wow that's one good decent solid Sodom with so much rich new effects and features! 

The Grapple command configurable is really nice~ as I am a keyboard user so some 360/720 motions are a pain in the sack to me. 

The care-taking of using TargetFacing and Turn and FrontEdgeBodyDist during Daikyou Burning shows your attention to details!  yes

Found one (1) thing (please see my MUGEN screen shot below):


- in state 1499: changed to invalid action 1720; during Daikyou Burning

And, sorry for me being ridiculously picky (just my personal preference, you may total ignore it):
- I think your four (4) big red note points in your first post are important; so perhaps it is nice to include the important notes in your release files (I include a lot of notes in my release files for convenience)?  In case some people miss the notes and then send unnecessary complaints to you?
- some attacks look overhead yet P2 can still guard while crouching
- some attacks look very low hit yet P2 can still guard while standing
- crouching strong punch can be linked (well not actually linking....perhaps P2 stun time thing or responding attack anim fast enough) from standing medium punch and standing strong punch even with Chain Combos var(55) is set to 0 and StateNo 220 not in the CMD value = 420 trigger2:

Does it imply you take request!?  If so then please consider more Capcom Street Fighters while this cool Sodom of yours is the first released Capcom Street Fighter?

As for some of the attacks that's just how they look. Probably because of the slash FX

It looked right to me for awhile but I guess you had a point so I went and fixed it.
-After a successful Red Dragon Death Fangs, Sodom bows to the wall rather than to the down P2?

When I drop the next update these will be already fixed. Thanks for the feedback Borewood.

All these things were just very minor things probably only I cared, and it has nothing to do with your Sodom's already awesome gameplay.  Wink   Hope I didn't offend your MUGEN style by any chance..... Embarassed

I am not sure when and why I began to pay so much attention to those "overhead attacks shouldn't be able to be guarded/blocked low" and "sweep-like low attacks shouldn't be able to be guarded/block high" in my own MUGEN stuff and others' MUGEN stuff thingy, it doesn't sound logical to someone like me......some weird thing acting in my mind?.......... scratch

SODOM UPDATED 1/2/15

-Fixed Invalid Action 1720 during Daikyou Burning
-Fixed bow after Red Dragon Death Fangs
-Added Dragon sound to Red Dragon Death Fangs
-Adjusted positioning of Slash FX on Shokotakken
-Added poke chaining to Light Standing & Crouching Normal Attacks
-Adjusted Sodom's size but still has old size in Def. File (Change to what you like)
-Adjusted Slash FX and Etc to change with whatever size you change Sodom to
-Adjusted velocities on EX Jigoku Scrape's hitdefs

That Japanese MUGEN dude has an e-mail address:  mugenyutaro@yahoo.co.jp

Yet, I once tried to e-mail him to tell him about a mistake he made with my mugenized Beatrix Kiddo from Duel Toys 2. 

1 day 1 char blog entry of my Beatrix:
 

He mentioned it was from a Flash game but Duel Toys 2 is not a Flash game!  Afterwards, he never replied to me and never corrected that mistake of his........

So......good luck in trying to contact him........

By the way, nice Sodom update!

Quite an unexpected choice of character you just made! Surprised

Is Rouga your first Doujin FTG MUGEN conversion? Question   You managed to make him into six (6) buttons game play well   You inspired me with this nice one!  Idea

Just one (1) thing:

In [Statedef 1000], both Projectile state controllers have "root,var(20)" for some velocity values, and the var(20) is not working because [Statedef 1000] is not a Helper state and hence it should not have the root Trigger redirection...

ROUGA ZANMA UPDATED 3/28/15

-Fixed all collision boxes
-Adjusted Mid and Head position
-Adjusted both attack and hit boxes on Wild Fang and Max Wild Fang
- Adjust attack collision boxes on Wild Wolf Sharpshooter
-Adjust attack collision boxes on both throws
-Took collision boxes off one of his his intros
-Adjusted damage values on Smash, Knuckle, Fang EX, Napalm, Napalm EX, Dunk, Dunk EX
-Adjust Dampener on Special Attacks
-Adjusted positioning of FX on Knuckle
-Adjusted positioning of Ground Impact FX when P2 lands on the ground
-Changed Atrr on Wild Wolf Sharpshooter to HA because it was NA
-Added voice snd to the end of power charge Stateno 731
-Added Napalm special move to the Read Me
-Added LANCEL's name to the top with my name in the Read Me
-Adjusted the command noted for Dunk and changed it what it should be in the Read Me
-Noted that both Smash and Knuckle are chargeable in the Read Me
