I don't know if I'll be able to make a controller Sweet Bot, or the Sweet Tooth truck (unless someone actually puts out a model I can use), BUT, I am going to try and at least capture his Sweet Bot activation animation from PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

Okay, I'm not sure what the cause of this is, but Needles will get stuck in an infinite loop of his turn animation when he goes to turn to face the enemy (after they've jumped over him or something). It's really annoying, and I want to fix it. Mind you, it's only the standing turn animation that's having this issue. The crouching one is fine. Anyone know anything that could help me out here?

reference the old common1 for anything accidentally deleted and double check the numhelper ID's
in all the triggers of that state
and the time limit (>&<) if any of the previous has been used

Okay, bit of an update. Needles now has all the required sprites (something I forgot to do with Samus originally lol), and his hurt/fall animations are done. I tweaked the run backward speed to be a tad slower, and made the forward run a bit faster, plus added a sound effect of him chuckling when he starts running. Now I need to finish with some extra recovery frames, and wrap up all basic movement, and I'll be able to start on attacks!

Sweet Tooth has an attack! It was mainly a test with helpers that I was playing around with, and then I went ahead and finished it up and gave him a new animation. The attack is a crouching move where he plants some TNT. It's timed, and he can only place two at a time. It takes a little while to explode, but it does high damage, and you can really set up traps or obstacles with it!

Also, I made custom blood splatter hitsparks for when he hits someone with his machete. Lastly, he now has a sound helper! When his health reaches 150 out of 1000, a voice will say "Your health is low...", and said voice is actually the real announcer from the PS3 Twisted Metal game! More to come, but it'll be a while before I can post a new video update... I'm really busy with classes right now.

Not much in the way of progress, sadly, but I have pretty much finished my classes, so I'll be done with school for a while, and hopefully get more done. What I HAVE done, though, is make a of couple new animations!

First Intro: "Hello, boys and girls!"

And a new Idle animation. I just wasn't feeling the last one, it was too... plain. This one captures his personality better, I think!

I plan on working on attacks next, starting with the basics. Also, please vote in the poll regarding my question: "Should I make an alpha release"? If I do release an alpha, Needles won't have very much besides basic attacks, but will mainly be here for you all to have a taste of. What do you think? Please leave a vote and comment if you'd like!
