This is long over due to be released.  My 6th Robot Master Toadman.  For The Mega Man: Robot Master Mayhem Project.
Thank you to Acey for coding this a few years back.
Toadman is one of the few characters that are finished for the RMM project.
In the first screen shot you'll see the RMM character select screen.  I am in desperate need of coders for the RMM project to make this a reality.
Many talented people have spent a lot of time working on the graphics and sprites for the RMM project and this deserves a talented coder.
If you would like to see this full game released one day, have coding experience, and are willing to help code characters please contact me.
In the meantime, Enjoy playing Toadman.   Smile

i always enjoy how much these littls chars look alike and are differents
it's high time i download a megaman screenpack and collect them all

Tried him out & he is real fun to play with & done well.   

I loved MegaMan growing up as I collected all the games since the NES days & watched the show.
Really looking forward to SnakeMan as he is one of my favourites.

ShadowMan by Gate & O Ilusionista with your guardpush edits has stayed in my Mugen, since he was Mugenized extremely well!
Hope all the characters in the roster can turn out to be the same!  geek

totally glad to see you here. and thanx for the comments. we try and put an emphasis on having fun with mugen. we could do better on technical know-how and feedback, but we're working on it, while at the same time keeping the fun atmosphere.

love the rmm chars. needleman looks way hot. congrats on the release. i'll give feedback later.

Thanks Volzzilla, I've been having fun roaming around site.  I just noticed the promo link, thanks cool!   Very Happy 
I hope someone contacts me about coding Needleman coding.  For Needleman (And also for Quint) I actually coded the basics and added all the sprites to the RMM template.  So Needleman and Quint are just missing coding for the specials, hypers, and power sets.  Below I posted a status for every character so everyone can know exactly what needs to be coded.

Here was some feedback from SolidZone 26 at the guild, so time is not wasted getting it reported again:
Here's some feedback after playing him for a few minutes:
- The sprites of the lightning are cut off (Not sure if this can be fix because it's a sprite issue).
- The explosions of the missiles seems to be smaller than the mines (Looks weird because the missiles are bigger than the mines).
- There's no stomp sound effect on the Ground Stomp.
- The explosions on the Toad Ball and Air Mine are inconsistent.
- If the opponent blocks Rain Flush in the air, the guard spark is on the bottom instead of where the opponent is blocking it.
- I may be wrong, but I think the commands for Rain Flush and Toad Tongue are reversed (Is the Rain Flush the one with the rain and the Toad Tongue is the one with the mines and missiles?).
- Not sure if it's intentional, but it's possible to double jump after super jumping.

sorry it took awhile as been offline for awhile.

feedback:
- nice sprites and move concepts
- basic combos are done nicely
- really like the d,db,b+k special
- though need to add a sound effect to the stomp when it misses P2
- try to find things you can cancel into after the stomp special as it can maybe give more gameplay combos to try and play around with
- not really a fan of the rain hyper as its pretty similar to the one with the lightning
- the rain hyper is missing the hyper BG
- never been a fan of chars who's walk back is just the walk forward animation turned around

Thanks for the feedback.  The hyper BG is not in the rain hyper because I wanted the background black so the rain could be seen better.
With the walk I use the same for both since that's how Megaman is.  With Toadman I had a brutal time making those hop sprites, Spidermew helped me out with that and got me on the right track.  Not sure how the stomp effect when it misses p2 got missed.
