lol! lol!  nice much better but I fixed the zombie palette, in mugen 1.0 in the muscles get a pink line!!! affraid  ok I fixed!! some palettes are horrible for me but anyway is great char!!

i absolutely love this hulk. it definitely replaced the old one i had. just one question in regards to coding. how can i change the amount of power needed to do hyper moves. some of his moves seem a bit op for level 1 hypers. if this isnt the place for that kind of question im sorry

just go to his .cmd file/windows command script -- > right click edit

--> ctrl F then paste this [State -1, HYPER1]

You will see this change the power to your liking just remember 1000 = 1 bar, my char has 3 bars max = 3000

HYPER1 -hulk smash 250 dmg
HYPER2 - smash you 250 dmg
HYPER3 - clap 350 dmg
HYPER4 - world breaker 450 dmg

[State -1, HYPER1] >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> this is the first hyper

value = 3000

I made the dampener lessen the damage more. Now the 18 hit combo 821 is now 656. I hope this suits your needs

Sorry man I only use 1.0/1.1 . You should try it, also the one I'm using the MUGEN MULTIVERSE by duracelleur. The zooming makes gameplay better and its like a real game

If want to use winmugen and mugen 1.0 characters use the crusader cast screen packs ( either red or blue) by logansam.
