Very Quick comments.

The sprites are much better than those of Bleez. It is true, there are not too many details, and some shadings are wrong, but they give a good idea of the char. Beware, the char has the crest/symbol of the Green Lanterns, rather than that of the Reds.

Iron Man is a good choice as base, but you should not make this too obvious (e.g., the intro with the arm glowing seems too similar to Tony Stark and the mechanical glove appearing). The skull and dragon constructs are good. Instead that monster/man throwing the punch upwards does not work (I think that Red Lanterns do not create other people who fight for them, this should be a prerogative only of Larfleeze).

The main problems (which are also problems of Bleez and Saint Walker):
- the character needs more in-between sprites
- it is too slow
- some sprites are not well aligned.

Good luck

Some suggestions that popped into my mind: each lantern core should be more personalized. Otherwise it is unclear what it is a difference between Reds/Greens/Blues/Yellows, besides the color. Reds vomit blood, should not have constructs (with the exception Rankorr, all fight with beams, flames, explosions, etc.) and recharge their ring through the blood of their victims. Many of these things do not necessarily apply to Razer, as the animated series works differently. Nice implementations for Red Lanterns chars would be:
- hypers that lead a lot of blood loss in the adversary (Mortal Kombat style), and consequent recover of some life energy.
- grab moves in which the char holds the adversary with a hand, points the ring (with the other hand) to the adversary, and a lot of blood is drained.
- a temporary increase of strength (rage booster) when energy goes up a given level (or life below a given point). For instance, see the "feral rage" hyper from The Beast.
