im not just the coder, im also one of the spriters too, a lot of people seem to forget that, they see one of my wips and think that i only coded it, NO brother i sprite, not as good as some of the guys i know, but i hold my own, angel, cage, antman, avalanche, shadowcat, exodus, etc....the list goes on i've worked on about 20 wips from my count completed or near completion, i'd say 60% of them i've sprited, other spriters that are interested have joined to create our favorite iconic characters, and i feel i'm getting better everyday, even revamping the older wips from years ago
dr strange was one of my first wips, unfortunetly i've been dragging my feet with him, and was lucky to have met angelus silverhead, who is an awesome spriter, who then created some more animations, i'd say about over half maybe more of whats done currently

a trick to creation is knowing the palletes too, never forget that you can make awesome kick @ss sprites but if the colors are off you'll be in trouble, i had a fair bit issues with colors on both dr strange and modok, takes a toll re- editing colors for every sprite made, to match (coz if you dont, you can't make palletes) and poor kyoman won't be giving you extra cool palletes too haha

ok im pretty aware you sprite as well. ive seen plenty of it lol. i have seen it. just said i was interested in your coding because i could learn a few things. anyways good luck.

In truth, Magneto was old base for him. It have a reason, because models of these two characters are very simmilar.

Whatever the bases, looks amazing, Angelus. Pretty nice cape movement by the way. I never planned to do a caped char cause I knew how tricky it will be. Do you have already any ideas for his specials or hypers? Just wandering, no rushes.

Well, we already have a lot of ideas and ready specials for Dr. Strange. All bases are ready for now, so at this moment we just need bring to life our our ideas and demonstrate creativity.

I know that many people are waiting for the Doctor, so you need not worry. His time will come and and not wait so long.

yes sorry young I re read what I wrote, I sounded like I directed it at you , was not my intention, I just wanted to speak freely about my efforts as a whole, we seem to get pegged as either a spriter or coder, I find that is the old ways, there are many many talented guys here that are good at both, like AX, for example, I love his work, a can see the effort and ideas put forth in the characters he creates, a bit rough on coding but well worked nonetheless (just like me)
and I'm starting to appreciate the little things in new characters and new creators who are making them, like JohnnyDc antman (unreleased at the moment) but if you had seen it. You would see the ideas that drove me to recreate his wip, into the video posted the other day, doctor strange needs to be full of those ideas, he needs to be able to think outside the box

spells for specials and hypers mainly. that was the bulk of what i was doing and i gotta say, felt overwhelmed because arkady's initial plan was for every special and hyper button combination, wanted something different. for example, d,df,f+2k hyper different depending on the 2 kick button combo. here a batter example of that:

d,df,f+AB does one elemental spell
d,df,f+AC does a different spell, but also elemental
d,df,f+BC does a third elemental spell

so on top of all the research, tried to map it all out where things can be linked like that, and one of them be a lvl 3 too. think have it all planned but need a few finishing touches and organize whatever. the folder i'll get to arkady right now 55MB unzipped, but it also crazily unorganized.

no problem lol. i know you speak with passion and yes you are a great CREATOR. thats something i appreciate because im sure the process of spriting and coding a character can be challenging but rewarding for all creators.
