Why are all your screenshots so blurry?

Anyway,which resolution are the lifebars working on?

this lifebar is made for working in winmugen low-res with the 2 - bilinear filter

but you can use it on mugen 1.0 too.

i like the old mugen version because the filter possibility for non pixellated chars,stages and lifebars low-res.

i am not talent for to work with HI-RES mugen,only some top creators gets to do a good work with HI-RESOLUTION.

i hate pixellated effects,then i prefer use the 2 - bilinear filter for to adjust this situation.

for smooth effects for low-res images use it.

;0 - off
;1 - diagonal edge detection
;2 - bilinear filtering
;3 - horizontal scanlines
