At my 1st first glance, it looks like you used type = HitDef's palfx.time = ## without MUGEN Custom State and the ## was too long for palfx.time? Question

I see now....you were using a MUGEN Custom State..........OK I can think of two (2) MUGEN ways to fix Arrow :

1) change the start-up PalFX and add an ending PalFX like this geek :
